Scale Your Instagram Ads: The Best Strategy

Instagram advertising is a fantastic way to get new customers online. But how are you going to scale your Instagram ads?

Well, in this blog post I am going to reveal to you the best Instagram marketing strategy to scale your Instagram ads.

So, are you ready to begin? If so, let’s dive in.

Unbreakable Rule Of Instagram Advertising

There is one rule you can’t break when it comes to Instagram ads. (Not counting Facebook advertising policies.)

And that’s not being clear on who you want to target with the Instagram ad campaign.

When you show the ads to the wrong people, regardless of how hard you try or what your strategy is, you’re not going to get any results.

That’s simply because you can’t sell a steak to a vegan. You can’t persuade the wrong people to take the action you want because they just DON’T want to take it.

However, it’s way easier to make steak lovers get a steak.

For that reason, you need to target the right audience. It has to be interested in what you have to say and want to buy your products and services.

You want to target your ideal customer a.k.a. the dream customer.

So, take the time to figure out who that person is. And once you know it it’s time to finally look at the Instagram advertising strategy you want to use…

Intent-Based Branding (Qualify And Sell)

I learned this advertising strategy from Frank Kern.

It’s extremely powerful as it will let you lower the cost of the ads by targeting a broader audience, qualifying who belongs to the warm audience, and then selling them.

You’re going to grow your following and build authority in the process while making a ton of sales.

It’s just genius.

So, what does this strategy look like and how is it going to let you scale your ads?

Advertisement #1: The Content Ad

Content ad

This is the ad you’re going to show to the broad audience and use it to qualify who belongs to the warm audience.

That’s going to work because the ad costs will RAPIDLY decrease when you target a broad audience.

The way it’s going to work is that you’ll share valuable information in this ad DIRECTLY related to the product or service you’re selling.

For example, if you sell a “dog washing” service, what you should try is to share 3 secrets related to dog washing.

And then you’re going to retarget those who watched the ad but didn’t buy.

That works because the only person who would watch that ad is somebody interested in washing.

That’s why when they do, they will immediately identify as somebody interested in your products and services.

Once they do, you are going to show them the second type of ad along with more content ads…

Advertisement #2: Direct Sales Ads

Direct sales

Once the people are going to see the content ad, you are going to retarget them with direct sales ads that are going to directly promote the product and service and also more content ads.

These ads are going to have a call-out pitch in them and you are going to show it to them for several days until you let them drop off.

It’s extremely powerful. However, it would be a miracle if the ads would work the first time you launch them.

And that’s why there are some really important things you must keep in mind if you want to be successful.

How To Make Your Instagram Ads Convert

There is no way you can scale your Instagram ads if your ads are not going to convert attention into clicks and sales.

Every Instagram ad has 3 parts that will ensure it converts for you now and in the FUTURE.

“In the future?” YES. Let me explain…

The 3 parts of Instagram ads you need to know are:

  • OFFER
  • CALL TO ACTION
  • DOMAIN

To be clear, these are parts of a direct sales ad. Just missing out on one of these 3 things can seriously hurt your conversions.

So, the first thing you have to do is to state the offer. People don’t do things unless they get something in return.

It’s called the WIIFM effect. People are always asking themselves “What’s In It For Me?”

And that’s why it’s absolutely essential that there’s an offer there. The offer is the answer to the WIIFM question and the better and more relevant the offer is, the more people will take action based on it.

So, have an irresistible offer in place.

It can be a free lead magnet or it can be a normal low-ticket offer.

And now let’s move on to the second part every Instagram ad needs to have which is the call to action.

Without a clear and specific call to action, nobody is going to act because nobody what to do.

Sometimes just a simple call to action like “learn more”  can be enough.

Here’s a recent ad that I ran and it got incredible results:

And last, you need to add a domain name or logo. That’s because some people who will leave without taking the kind of action you want them to take are just going to go to Google and search for the domain or logo because they will remember it.

It can help you recover a lot of people who didn’t buy it, and it is extremely powerful.

Another thing you must remember is that you have to track every advertising dollar spent, test the ad, and improve it.

Once you have a winning campaign and you quickly get for every $1 you invest $2 back…

You’re in the bank.

However, the only way to truly SCALE your Instagram advertising is to…

To Scale Instagram Ads, Get Out Of Instagram

There’s a ton of potential on other advertising platforms far beyond Instagram.

ESPECIALLY when it comes to search engines like Google. The targeting options that are there are unbelievable and the cost of advertising is also lower when you know what you’re doing.

I literally got some ads on Google that cost me $0.20 per click and drove my dream customers to my sales funnels.

That’s an unbelievable CPC (cost per click). And it can get even better if you know what you’re doing.

And that’s just Google, not counting all other social media and search platforms.

So, I highly recommend that you get outside of Instagram if you want to truly scale.

There is no better way.
