Instagram is an amazing place where you can get feedback and asking your current customers who follow you for reviews can help you get valuable testimonials that you can use in the future.
The way you can do it is through a normal post or a classy question sticker in stories, or in any other way you can think of, that is going to work.
But don’t forget to mention that you’re going to use it in your future marketing material or so that you avoid any confrontation with the people that have replied.
Data protection laws, mentality, and everything else is kinda crazy now, and you have to be careful about it.

Share Testimonials (But Don’t Overdo It)
Sharing testimonials is an amazing way to earn credibility and more sales. The more credibility you get, the better off you are going to be.
However, you must not overdo it. If the only thing you share are testimonials and you forget to share real, VALUABLE content…you’re not going to grow your audience, your engagement will drop and it is going to hurt your ability to scale.
Promotional content should only account for 20% of all content that you share and testimonials belong to it.
So don’t overdo it or it is going to kill your engagement and growth. (And less traffic = less sales.)
Don’t Sell On Instagram
One of the biggest mistakes rookies are making is selling directly on Instagram. This is ONLY a good idea if you are selling on a webinar where you basically walk them through the sales entire process and then you just redirect them to an order page.
However, if you really want to get a ton of customers then you need to take Instagram as a place where you get traffic.
It’s a good idea to pre-frame that traffic, but it is still just a source of traffic.
The place where the sale is made is your sales funnel. And using them is one of the best Instagram marketing tips that I can give you.

It is beneficial for everybody. The only thing you need to start an Instagram shop is a Facebook business page which you’re going to use to start it.
Also, if you’re going to decide (and you most likely should) that you’re going to sell the product through your website and not through Instagram, the website MUST be yours and sell the product or service…otherwise you’re not going to get approved.
Don’t Think EVERYBODY Is Your Audience
This is the biggest mistake most businesses make. Unless you’re Coca-Cola everybody isn’t your audience. In fact, even Coca-Cola doesn’t have everybody in their audience.
What you must do is narrow down the focus and attract only a specific group of people that are your dream customers.
There’s no better Instagram marketing tip than this.
There’s nothing more valuable than a being followed by a thirsty crowd that would “kill” to get your products or services. When you sell to the right people, Instagram marketing just becomes easy.
So, niche down, try to attract only the right people, and you’ll get the results that you want.
Use Instagram Ads
This is another amazing Instagram marketing tip that you want to use. Instagram ads, similarly to Facebook ads are an amazing way to get the RIGHT people as traffic and sell more of your products and services as they have advanced targeting.
And what makes them even more lucrative is that they are super underpriced…and you build a massive following as a byproduct of driving traffic to your sales funnels.
However, even with ads, you need to have the right strategy. You want to advertise to the cold audience, do retargeting, and always create new ads so that the hooks are fresh and working (especially in the retargeting part.)
So, don’t just buy ads – do it in a smart way using proven tactics so that you get results.
And as a side note, NO! Boosting posts isn’t worth a single penny – run ads instead.
