3 Tips To Accelerate Your Instagram Marketing

With over 1 billion people active on Instagram every month, doing Instagram marketing can make you a real quantum leap in your business.

If you can leverage Instagram marketing correctly, you can achieve a massive success with your brand.

You see, 200 million Instagram users visit at least one business profile daily. That is a massive amount of people. And believe that if you can get even 0.001% of that number to visit your profile daily…damn, that would mean a real change.

The thing is that most people aren’t able to do that. And maybe you are one of them as well. You are probably struggling, struggling, and struggling and after all that struggle you still see zero results from your Instagram marketing.

And you know what?

We are going to cut that part away. Today, I’m going to show you 3 tips for accelerating your Instagram marketing forever.

With them, you will be able to finally achieve the results that you deserve and achieve the goals that are your hunting for so long. Are you excited to see them?

Alright, let’s dive in…

1. Follow The Growth Circle

Growth cricle

The growth circle is one of the basic Instagram marketing principles that you must follow if you want to grow.

It consists of three things:

  1. Community
  2. Content
  3. Consistency

Let’s start with the community part.

The Community

You just have to become a part of the community, in order to create your own community.

That’s just the reality.

Well, how are you going to do that?

It starts with commenting on hashtags, relevant accounts, and on your follower’s posts. Commenting is the best way to increase your following and your engagement rate.

But not every comment counts as a comment. If you will comment only emoji crap like this “🔥🎺🔥” or a copy/pasted comments like this, “Fantastic!”…you are not going to get some significant results.

If you want to convert people into your followers, and if you want them to engage with you, you just have to start giving them feedback.

What do I mean by that?

Instead of commenting something like this:

“🤲🤲🤲”

You want to make the comment look like this…

“Fantastic post! I really love the way you explain______. It really helped me understand and improve_______. You did an amazing job! Keep going.”

Would you rather respond or check the profile of a person that has commented the first thing or the second one?

I believe that you would definitively choose the second one.

Commenting is just a fantastic growth hack that helped authorities like Gary Vee create their entire following. It’s the fuel for your Instagram marketing.

However, commenting is maybe just a 20% of the community game.

The second thing that you want to do is to start sending DMs to your new followers. If you are going to do that, you will be able to create an instant foundation for your relationship.

And they will also be more likely to engage with you. Tell them that you appreciate them, that you’ve checked their profile as well and that you like their content.

It is a fantastic way to kickstart your community and making them care about you.

Remember, people don’t care about you until they see how much you care about them. It is key to start off your relationship the right way.

The third thing that I recommend to do is to collaborate with your “competitors.”

It is a fantastic way to unite your audiences. If you’ll start doing that you can achieve some massive results. But how to collaborate with them?

Well, collaboration can be something as simple as sharing each other’s posts in stories, to creating guest posts, to going live with each other.

Usually, the more complex it is, the more people are going to follow the second person as well. That means that you can experience a superb growth as well as your “competitor”.

The fourth and the last thing that I recommend is to participate in Instagram lives, thank people for sharing your posts and answer/create polls in stories.

These things are just incredibly powerful. The more you do them, the better off you will be…

Content

When it comes to creating your content, 80% of the time you want to create trendy content and only 20% of the time you can create experimental content.

Creating trending content can literally skyrocket your reach, or better, you can go viral.

If that happens, you will have a trouble handling all the followers and engagement that you are going to get.

That is why you want to create trending content pieces 80% of the time. It just works. The problem is…how are you going to find out what is trending?

There are certain tools that can help you with that. Here they are:

  1. Feedly (curated list of trending new)
  2. Google Trends (find trending topics)
  3. Instagram Explore Page (find viral posts)

I use these tools pretty often for my Instagram marketing, and you should too. It is a great way to make your content better.

Well, the next step is to experiment with your content 20% of the time. Why? Actually, it is pretty simple.

If you don’t test, you will never know what can be better.

You see, the whole Instagram marketing is about testing. A/B testing headlines, call to actions, first sentences, visuals, etc.

You just have to test, test, and test. For example, you can experiment with your content by:

  1. Exploring your topic deeper
  2. Changing your content hooks
  3. Playing with your call to actions

The more you will test, test, and test the better content you are going to create. Understood?

Fine, here comes the last part of the growth circle…

Consistency

Whether you like it or not, you just have to be consistent to become successful on Instagram.

Commit yourself to doing step 1/2 of the growth circle for a certain period of time:

For example:

  1. Post + Engage Daily For 30 Days
  1. Post + Engage Daily For 60 Days
  1. Post + Engage Daily For 100 Days

It doesn’t matter what your Intagram marketing goals are, you just have to commit yourself to doing it every single day. You either stay consistent and win or give up and lose. The second thing is NOT an option.

2. Differentiate Yourself

Standing out

Instagram is saturated with competitors, and the only way that you can actually succeed is by being different.

If people can consume the same stuff from thousands of others, there is a little to no chance that you are going to succeed. That’s the reality

So, the thing that you want to do is to think why you are different and develop your unique style, language and proposition.

Ask yourself this question:

“Why should I, your prospect, listen to what you have to say instead of every other option available?”

If you are going to put your head on fire trying to answer this question, I guarantee you that you will soon have your own Unique Selling Proposition.

However, having a USP is just a one thing. The completely different thing is te creating your own style and creating your own unique voice.

But I’m going to tell you that the answer to the question on how you can create these, is pretty simple.

You have to be authentic. Authenticity is a big part of your Instagram marketing strategy.

The moment you will stop trying to be somebody else, and you will start being yourself, something magical will happen.

You’ll be unique, people will be able to relate to you, and you can start a massive movement.

This is a tip that is around for a long, long time, but the problem is that most people still forget about it and they try to be different that they are.

If you will try to do that, not only will you be massively frustrated, but your results will go straight down to the canyon.

I want you to be authentic, and I want you to stand out now!

3. Stop Trying To Beat The Algorithm

Hand stopping signal

I see so many people trying to beat the algorithm every day, that it is just crazy. Why are they doing it?

First off, you will never be able to beat the algorithm, all that you can do is to flow with it.

Second, if you still want to beat the algorithm, the best way to do that is to stop caring about algorithm and start caring about PEOPLE.

You will never achieve anything significant by trying to beat the algorithm. I mean, never. Instagram algorithm favors those who are doing everything to serve their community well. Those who make them spend more time on Instagram.

Why?

Because the more time your followers spend on Instagram, the more ad revenue they are going to make.

And the more money you help them make, the more they are going to favor you. But even after I’ve said this, it is still more about your audience for relationship purposes than for the algorithm purposes.

If your content provides a lot of value, you will build better relationships with your audience, and that way you will be able to convert a lot of people into traffic and eventually into sales.

Also, the better relationships you have, the more people is going to engage with your content and follow you.

It is beneficial on every front.

You just have to stop caring about the algorithm and start caring about your audience. That’s the best way to make it happen.

Conlusion

In this blog post I have shown you the 3 amazing tips to accelerate your Instagram marketing. And you should use them every day.

First, you want to start following the growth circle.

What does it mean? Build a great community, create astonishing content, and stay consistent.

Once you will pay a special attention to all parts of the growth circle, you won’t believe the results.

The next tip is to differentiate yourself from everybody else.

Instagram is just highly saturated with competitors and the only way that you can make your Instagram marketing work is to be different. Ask yourself, “Why should I, your prospect, listen to what you have to say instead of every other option available?”.

If you will think enough, you will find the answer. And that answer will solve most of your problems.

The last tip is to stop trying to beat the algorithm.

And you should be the one who does it.
