Sales funnels are an essential part of any successful marketing and sales strategy. They are a visual representation of the customer journey from initial awareness of a product or service to the final purchase.
A well-designed sales funnel can help businesses attract, engage and convert potential customers into loyal buyers. With the rise of digital marketing, sales funnels have become even more crucial, providing businesses with a structured way to guide customers through the sales process.
In this article, we’ll explore several real-life sales funnel examples from a range of industries, to give you a better understanding of what a sales funnel looks like in action and how you can create one that works for your business.
So, are you ready to begin? If so, let’s dive in…
What Is Funnel Hacking?
Funnel hacking means modeling successful sales funnels for selling your own products and services. This is something you want to do here.
Open your Phonesites account, pick one funnel that you’d like to model out of the several sales funnel examples that I am going to show you today, and model it.
It’s one of the best ways to build sales funnels that are going to work for your business and get you new leads and sales online.
However, don’t copy the funnels. Model them. Don’t use the same words, images, or videos. Only model the structure and replace the stuff with your own things.
That’s the key. Don’t copy. Model.
So, let’s have a look at some of the best sales funnels examples to use for your business…
Tony Robbins Webinar Funnel

This is one of my favorite sales funnel examples that you can model for your own business using the “webinar” structure. When you use a webinar inside of a funnel as a sales tool, you’re going to be able to sell much higher ticket offers than you ever did before.
It definitely pays off to use this funnel to sell offers that are $200+ and make people buy like crazy.
The fun part is that once you get the webinar right, it can make you more and more revenue for a long time. I won’t go into how to create it as it would take me an entire book to describe all of the psychology behind it…
However, here’s what the breakdown of the webinar funnel from Tony Robbins looks like (which made him about $1,000,000+ in a day):
- Registration Page
- Webinar Page
It’s actually that simple. On the registration page, you are going to persuade people to register for the webinar and give you their email address so that you can follow up, and it will also build the curiosity necessary for them to show up and watch the webinar from the beginning until the end.
The registration page oftentimes doesn’t even have to be as long as shown in this sales funnel example, but when the sales copy is persuasive, it works like a charm.
So, it pays off to try it out!
On the webinar page, you’re going to do nothing but deliver the webinar. If you’re selling high-ticket, it does not pay off to do what is done in this sales funnel example and list the offer below the webinar itself.
That’s because you’ll immediately make people leave without even watching because they’ll feel like “this is just another pitch” and even if they don’t leave, they won’t buy as you didn’t walk them by hand through the sales message.
However, if you sell something low ticket like Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi did in the sales funnel example above – it can work.
Notice that in this sales funnel, there is no order page as the order is listed below the webinar.
If you sell something high-ticket, the order page is a must. However, in this case, Tony and Dean made a smart move that increases conversions.
Grant Cardone Challenge Funnel

This is one of my all-time favorite sales funnel examples when it comes to challenges. It is super simple but extremely effective. However, it’s not easy to make all the stuff necessary to make this funnel work.
Basically, this funnel works based on creating a free challenge in which you’re going to rebuild the false beliefs of your dream customers and then sell them a product or service that can be both low-ticket or high-ticket.
This sales funnel consists of these things:
- Registration page
- Video pages (video day #1-7)
- A sales page for the offer
If you try building this funnel like the webinar, and it will follow the same structure (destroy false beliefs, stack, etc.), then the sales page shall be replaced with an offer page that is just going to recap the offer.
This funnel is going to be structured very similarly to the webinar funnel, except there are going to be more video pages that will be unlocked day after day when they register for the free challenge.
This funnel is also an insanely fast way to build your email list. People literally buy what you sell through it like CRAZY!
Use it. It will blow you away with how effective it is.
Filip Konecny’s Affiliate Funnel

Affiliate marketing is one of the most powerful ways to monetize your social media, website, or any type of audience you have online, even if you don’t have a product or service to sell.
However, to get a lot of commissions and make the most sales, you need to build an affiliate marketing funnel that works.
Why? The problem with the classic affiliate marketing model where you just “share links” is that almost nobody buys when they click on the link or even 50 days later because the company has a marketing that sucks.
So, unless the thing is in exponential demand and people need it by default (like food), it is tough to convert clicks into sales.
And worse, you have competing affiliates stealing your referrals and commissions.
With an affiliate marketing funnel like in this sales funnel example, you’re going to change that because you’ll use a bridge page to warm up the traffic, make an irresistible offer, and persuade people to buy through your link and not somebody else.
Here’s the structure of an affiliate marketing sales funnel:
- Registration page
- Bridge page
- A sales page of the company (you have no control over it.)
An important thing to remember is that on the bridge page, you’re going to offer free bonuses to those who buy the affiliate product or service that you’re promoting.
That will EXPLODE the conversions you’ll make.
The lead-squeeze page of the sales funnel is similar to registration pages elsewhere.
So, don’t forget: try modeling these funnels to get the results that you want.
