The right social media content strategies are absolutely necessary if you want your brand to successfully get attention and make sales through social media marketing.
But what are some of the best social media content strategies that you can use?
That’s what I’m going to show you in this blog post. So let’s dive in…
Trend-Warm Up-Conversion Social Media Content Strategy

The first one of the social media content strategies that I am going to show you is the trend-warm up-conversion content strategy.
It basically works like this:
- Trending Topics And Content Formats (40% of content)
- Highly Valuable, Personal, Behind-The-Scenes Content (40% of content)
- Conversion-Related Content (20% of content)
Let’s break it down a little bit so that you understand it.
First, you are going to post trending topics and content formats which will be 40% of your content.
This type of content is going to be about something that is trending in your industry and even more importantly, it is going to be created using the content format that is trending on the platform you are on right now.
That way, your brand is going to get the attention of people who have never seen you, you’ll get new followers, and you’ll be able to get new leads.
For example, on Instagram, I would post some dancing reels about some red flags in my industry or some quick tips and tips. That is really trending and it would get me a ton of exposure (and it did.)
No matter the platform that you are on, combine these two things and make 40% of your content about trending topics and create it in a trending content format.
Second, you are going to post highly valuable, personal, behind-the-scenes content. This is an absolutely essential part of this social media content strategy.
Once people follow you, you need to “warm them up” by building a relationship with them and establishing a high level of trust.
And the best way you are going to do that is by adding a ton of value to their life and by becoming relatable.
That is why you want to post highly valuable posts (how-to videos, educational carousels, inspirational content, etc.), and personal, behind-the-scenes posts so that you can do that.
And the last part of this social media content strategy is sharing conversion-related content.
These are your promotional posts. However, make sure that you post them only 20% of the time as overpromoting on social media can kill your brand sooner than you can blink.
Also, make sure you have a great sales funnel in place so that you are able to effectively convert all of the social media traffic into leads and customers.
Got it? Amazing, now, let’s move on to the next one of the social media content strategies, which is the…
AIDA Social Media Content Strategy
The next one of the social media content strategies is one that I share is named after the famous copywriting formula called AIDA.
And it is structured like this:
- Get Attention of your dream customers by sharing trending content, and content that tends to get promoted by the algorithm of the platform you are on. (40% of content)
- Build Interest by sharing content that is highly valuable and educates them on the problem or desire your product or service solves or fulfills. (40% of content)
- Create Desire by sharing content that explains how your product or service works and breaks down how it will help them achieve what they want. (10% of content)
- Cause Action by sharing action content that is going to directly tell them to click the link in your bio and enter the sales process. (10% of content)
Again, let’s break it down a little bit so that you clearly understand how this incredible social media content strategy works.
First, you will create content that is going to get the ATTENTION of people who never heard about your brand.
Again, this is the first 40% of your content and it is pretty similar to the “trend” part of the previous one of the social media content strategies.
Basically, what you are going to do is share the trending content formats and topics that people love and that the social media algorithm of the platform that you are on tends to promote to more people.
You want to make sure you do some research before you decide on what this is so that you can see some real results.
Second, you must create content that educates them on the problem or desire your product or service solves or fulfills.
This is also going to be 40% of your content and what you want to do here is to add REAL VALUE.
However, you want to add value that is going to build awareness that they have a problem that needs to be solved they might not even know about, or about what is the path to fulfill the desire that they have.
Third, you are going to create content that builds DESIRE for your product or service by showing them how it is the BRIDGE to solve the problem or fulfilling the desire.
In the second part of this content strategy, you just showed them what is the secret to solving the problem or fulfilling the desire, and in this part, you are going to show them how they will be able to make it happen by using your product or service.
For example, if I am teaching how to sell online and how you need to set up a website, etc…
In this part, I would share with them how my website-creation tool is the easiest way to do that and get the success that they are looking for.
If I’d be sharing with them how to successfully fix a leaking roof, then in this step I would tell them why my products are the best tools that they can use to do that and get a permanent effect so that it never leaks again.
Got it?
And the last part of this content strategy is ACTION.
This is the last 10% of your content and it is going to directly tell them that they should do something. For example, if you have a sale, you will tell them that you have a sale, write a short copy in the caption and tell them to visit your website by clicking the link in your bio.
And on and on. You just DIRECTLY tell them what to do.
